In October the City of Rogers Planning Commission approved an 80,000+ sq. ft development near the corner of Promenade Boulevard and New Hope Road in west Rogers.

• Similar signs: The development, being led by SJC Ventures out of Georgia, includes apartments, shopping, and an Organic Grocery store. This isn't SJC Ventures' first development in NWA as they were behind the Whole Foods in Fayetteville.
• The numbers: According to their site plan, the development will be +80K sq. ft of shopping and grocery, plus 350 residential apartment units.
