Ozark IC Wins 2nd Stage Geothermal Manufacturing Prize

Fayetteville based startup, Ozark Integrated Circuits, has won the second stage of the American-Made Geothermal Manufacturing Prize, and it's not the first time a Fayetteville-based company has done so.

  • The U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) announced Ozark IC won the second stage of the Geothermal Manufacturing Prize, which aims to encourage innovation addressing challenges inherent to harsh geothermal conditions.

  • The company’s mission is to bring the internet of things (IoT) to the edge of extreme environments and create solutions with an emphasis on extreme environment applications, such as those experienced in energy, exploration, aerospace, space exploration and industrial controls industries, said CEO and founder Matt Francis.
