Before Feed and Folly became one of the coolest rooftop bars in Fayettville, the building on S College Ave sat vacant for almost 40 years due to commercial parking requirements that rendered the space unusable.

  • Priorities: Another benefit of eliminating parking minimums citywide has been reducing time spent processing parking variances and freeing up city staff to work on more important matters.
