Two long desired parks open up this week/weekend in Bentonville:

• Lake Bentonville – located off I Street and near Thaden Fieldhouse, Lake Bentonville has received a full makeover. The city plans to announce the opening next week, but the park will be open to the public beginning Friday (Oct. 23).
• Coler Camp Sites – Coler MTB Preserve camping is open for booking. According to the City of Bentonville, Airship will open later this fall.
