The Pinnacle Hills area in Rogers is filling up with new businesses and offices, making it quite the district with world class centers throughout. 

• For patients: A new medical office will be built on S. Champion Dr. and will be for Advanced Orthopedic Specialists (AOS) and the Northwest Arkansas Center for Plastic Surgery & Skin Care Center (NWACPS). An on-site surgical center is expected to improve patient experience. 
• Location: The immediate access off of the highway makes it an ideal location for the medical offices. The building will be three stories and almost 46k sq/ft. The estimated time for construction is 12mos.
