The owner of Onyx Coffee Lab is going to compete in the World Barista Championship in Italy. 

• Represent: The local barista won first place in the 2020 U.S. Barista Championship. She will be the sole U.S. representative at the world championship. 
• Contest:The Specialty Coffee Association and HostMilano are hosting the event where more than 50 baristas will compete. They will be evaluated on “taste of beverages served, cleanliness, creativity, technical skill, and overall presentation” for a chance to be named the World Champion.
