A new organization is bringing educational and financial opportunities to Northwest Arkansas. Upskill NWA is focused on expanding the local workforce and paving a way to "higher wage jobs for lower income families."

• Getting started: The goal is to equip the nearly 150,000 person workforce making $50,000 or less for high-paying jobs in high demand. The initial roll out phase will focus on the healthcare sector with its first group of 100 students in Jan 2022.
