The Rogers City Council members recently unanimously voted to adopt a city cultural plan for developing the arts. 

• Incorporating community: The plan is the first of its kind, outlining development for public art, wellness and culinary arts, music, and performing arts. It was created with the help of WXY Architecture and Urban Design and Creative Arkansas Community Hub and Exchange.
• Making it happen: The plan has short-, medium-, and long-term goals for each cultural area. Public policy, building partnerships, programming, and capital projects are some of the strategies for achieving the set goals.
