• The Economic Aid to Hard-Hit Small Businesses, Nonprofits, and Venues Act appropriated $325 billion to PPP and other related programs. This included $284.45 billion to providing eligible borrowers the opportunity to obtain a second round of PPP loan funding (“PPP Second Round”).

• Attention Small Businesses - As long as you have no more than 300 employees AND have suffered 25% or more reduction in gross revenues between comparable quarters in 2019 and 2020 then you are eligible for your second dose.
