Tulsa’s Sixth Annual Native American Day will be held Oct. 10, starting at 9 a.m. at Dream Keepers Park, 1875 S. Boulder Park Drive.

• Brought to you by: Sponsored by the Greater Tulsa Area Indian Affairs Commission, Native American Day this year promotes the theme, “Our Journey Continues.” This is a celebration on the second Monday of October each year.
• 30,000: The number of estimated Native Americans who call Tulsa home. This event is to recognize the history and culture of the Native American community and their contribution to Tulsa.
