The Friendly Bookstore is moving into new quarters in downtown Rogers, more than doubling its space. 

• Sale: There is going to be a storewide 1/2 price sale on Feb. 25-26 and March 1, the last day of operations at the current location (401 N. 2nd St). The Friendly Bookstore is an all-volunteer operation of the Friends of the Rogers Public Library, and all proceeds go to the Library.
• Bigger, better: The new property will be at 1114 W. Poplar Place and will expand offerings, allowing for more activities to be hosted by the bookstore in collaboration with other organizations in the community. It will take about a month to move locations with a re-opening date tentatively scheduled for late March.
