Combining a co-working space with a micro-warehouse, a Northwest Arkansas startup is opening its first location in Rogers.
- Innovation hub: Loloft combines the best parts of office co-working with industrial warehouse needs, dubbing the business model: Industrial Co-working. The purpose is to provide an industrial workspace for companies who need a physical space to conduct and operate business.
- Meeting needs: The spaces are available to lease on a month-to-month basis with opportunities to up or downsize with 30 days' notice. The opening date for the 45k SF space in Rogers is scheduled for Feb. 28. Over the next 12 months, the company is looking to expand with 20 more locations across the U.S.
