Walmart recently announced that its annual meeting and what has become a traditional celebration for its associates and shareholders will take place at the beginning of June.

• Together again: The Annual Shareholder’s Meeting will be on Wednesday, June 1 and it will be held in a virtual-only format, which the public will be able to access and listen in as well. The date of record for shareholders to vote at the virtual meeting is next Friday, April 8.
• Recognizing the contributors: A smaller in-person celebration will be held at the Bud Walton Arena on June 3 to recognize Walmart Associates and Shareholders from around the world. The celebration will also be webcast.
