It's the last weekend of April, and a lot is happening in Northwest Arkansas! Here's your Weekend Roundup to help you plan a great weekend.

  • Wherefore art thou: Enjoy local artistry during Downtown Springdale's ART WALK this weekend, including the ART RIDE train excursion Saturday, Apr 29, and the year's first LIVE! at Turnbow on Sunday, Apr 30.
  • Rooting for you: The Botanical Garden of the Ozarks Spring Plant Sale is this weekend, open to members on Friday, Apr 28, from 5-8p, and open to the public on Saturday, Apr 29, from 9a-4p.
  • Doggone fun: Siloam Springs's Dogwood Festival kicks off tonight, Apr 28, and lasts through Sunday, Apr 30, featuring over 200 vendors, craft goods, great food, and live music.
  • All you cool cats and kittens: Eureka Springs's Turpentine Creek Wildlife Refuge is celebrating its 31st anniversary with a "Feast with the Beasts" event featuring guest speaker Carole Baskin of Tiger King on Saturday, Apr 29, from 3:30-8p.
  • Loafers: Put on your running shoes for the 3rd annual Loaf & Sole 5k in Fayetteville on Saturday, Apr 29, at 7:30a, benefitting nonprofit Table 7three.
  • All the world: Explore and express the many cultures of Northwest Arkansas during Bentonville Together: A Celebration of Our Multicultural Community this Saturday, Apr 29, from 4-9p, at Orchards Park.
  • Girl party: Enjoy two days filled with food, fashion, and fun during the NWA Women's Expo at the Benton County Fairgrounds this Saturday, Apr 29, from 10a-5p and Sunday, Apr 30, from 11a-4p.
  • Good puppers: The 10th Annual Dickson St Pup Crawl benefitting Fayetteville Animal Services is Saturday, Apr 29, from 2-6p.
  • Bittersweet Symphony: SoNA will wrap up its season on Saturday, Apr 29, with Evoking Folklore, a storytelling experience featuring pianist Angela Chang.
  • Gleaming: The Northwest Arkansas Ballet Theatre's spring tour of Radiant will be performed premiere its first show of four on Saturday, Apr 29, at 7:30p at the Fayetteville Public Library.
  • They see me rollin': Join locally-founded nonprofit All Bodies On Bikes this Saturday, Apr 29, for an inclusive, social ride around Downtown Bentonville, followed by a party at The Meteor.
  • Shop local: Hundreds of local artisans will set up shops this weekend across Northwest Arkansas, displaying their goods at the spring Fifth Market on Saturday, Apr 29, and the NWA Makers Markets on Sunday, Apr 30, highlighting the area's creativity, entrepreneurship, and artistry.
